摘要
对于诊断试验的灵敏度和特异度被视为同等重要的情况,本文提出了比较两种诊断试验的两种统计方法——标准化诊断符合率检验和比数积检验,并简述了其应用条件。
Two statistical methods are proposed for comparing, two diagnostic tests which their constituent ratios of case groups are either equal or not equal.One is the standardized efficiency test which the pooled two samples are regarded as standard population. Another is the odds product test which is appropriate used under the condition that both samples are large,and each figure in the cells is not zero.
