油气组分综合评价仪是一种常见的岩石热解气相色谱分析仪器,在发现和评价油气层方面有着重要作用。为了快速、准确排除油气组分综合评价仪在日常使用中所出现的故障,针对仪器几种常见故障现象,归纳为6种故障类型,分析了产生各类故障的原因,详细介绍了其排除方法,以便维修人员借鉴。
The comprehensive evaluation instrument of oil and gas component is a common rock pyrolysis gas chromatography analytical instrument,which plays an important role in the discovery and evaluation of oil and gas layers.For fast and accurately troubleshooting oil and gas component failure about comprehensive evaluation in daily use,the paper summarized several common failures,grouped into 6 kinds of fault types,analyzed the reasons for various failures and introduced the troubleshooting methods to be referred by maintenance staff.
