摘要
本文以桂优62号桑萌发幼苗为材料,用不同浓度聚乙二醇(PEG)模拟干旱胁迫,测定了可溶性糖、丙二醛和脯氨酸含量的变化。结果表明:在幼苗期,随着干旱胁迫的加重,可溶性糖和丙二醛含量逐渐降低;脯氨酸含量逐渐提高。向培养基中添加PEG筛选抗旱性组培桑苗的临界浓度为7%。
The germinating seedlings of mulberry (Morus alba ) variety Guiyou 62 were exposed to simulated drought created by different concentrations of polyethylene glycol (PEG) and the changes in their soluble sugars, MDA and proline contents were monitored. The results showed that with the increase in PEG concentration in the medium, the soluble sugars and MDA decreased and the proline content in the seedlings increased steadily. The critical PEG concentration for the screening of drought-tolerant mulberry seedlings was 7%.
