摘要
2205双相不锈钢热加工性能差,开裂倾向大,通过采用热拉伸的试验方法,对该钢的高温塑性进行了研究,并用金相法测得铸坯不同温度下的相含量,从而确定了合理的热加工温度范围。然后,对热轧钢板进行了不同温度下相比例检测,得到了合适的热处理温度。结果表明,铸坯加热温度控制在1 250~1 260℃,并且在1 050~1 250℃之间进行轧制变形时,钢板具有良好的热加工性能;固溶温度控制在1 050~1 100℃,钢板性能符合标准要求。
As 2205 dual phase stainless steel has poor thermal processing performance and large cracking tendency, thermal tensile test was used to study its high temperature plasticity, and the phase quantity of billet was measured by metallographic method at different temperatures. Through above tests, a reasonable thermal processing tempera- ture range was determined. Finally, the appropriate heat treatment temperature could be determined by measuring the phase ratio of hot-rolled steel at different temperatures. The result showed that the thermal processing of the stainless steel 2205 was performed better when the heating temperature of billet was between 1 250-1 260 ℃ and the hot-rolled temperature was between 1 050-1 2,50℃. And the hot-rolled steel could meet the standards of per- formance after a appropriate heat treatment temperature between 1 050-1100℃.
