光动力疗法在皮肤恶性肿瘤及癌前病变的应用 被引量:12

摘要 光动力疗法(PDT)是一种联合应用光敏剂及相应光源,通过光动力学反应选择性破坏病变组织的治疗技术,是一门新兴的肿瘤消融技术。5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)是其中一种。该文对ALA-PDT的基本原理及对ALA-PDT在皮肤肿瘤,包括基底细胞癌、鳞状细胞癌、鲍恩病及日光性角化病治疗中的临床应用作一综述。
