摘要
报告1例由多柔比星脂质体和紫杉醇脂质体联合化疗所致手足综合征。患者女,49岁。乳腺癌手术后,接受多柔比星脂质体和紫杉醇脂质体联合化疗过程中,双手掌、足跖部皮肤出现出现暗红色斑片、水疱、大疱及溃疡,伴有明显的瘙痒及胀痛症状。根据患者病史及临床表现,诊断为Ⅲ度手足综合征。
A case of hand-foot syndrome caused by doxorubicin hydrochloride liposome and paclitaxel liposome combination chemotherapy is reported. A 49-year-old female patient with breast cancer received combination chemotherapy of doxorubicin hydrochloride liposome and paclitaxel liposome after the operation of mammary carcinoma. During the course of the treatment, dull red erythema, blisters, bullae and ulcers were developed on the skin of the patient＇s both of palms, footplates with obvious symptoms of itching and pain. According to patient history and clinical manifestations, the diagnosis of hand-foot syndrome grade Ⅲ was given.
