摘要
目的:探讨安氏Ⅱ1伴轻、中、重度前牙深覆盖患者在软组织侧貌方面的特征。方法:测量分析90例恒牙列晚期安氏Ⅱ1Ⅰ°、Ⅱ°、Ⅲ°牙深覆盖患者的X线头颅定位侧位片的31个测量项目。结果:在以下测量项目方面上存在异常或组间有变化趋势:面角、颌突角、上下齿槽座角、下颌平面角、下中切牙-颌平面角、上中切牙凸距、下颌长度、上面高、全面高、上面高/全面高、软组织面角、鼻凸度、骨骼侧面凸度、上唇厚度、H角、软组织颏部厚度等。结论:①安氏Ⅱ1前牙深覆盖患者的软组织侧貌特征表现为:明显的上颌前突、下颌后缩、上中切牙明显唇倾,上面高增大,面部生长方向呈明显的向后、下旋转,具有高角型面容。②随着前牙深覆盖的增大,上颌前突及下颌后缩的幅度增大,上唇突度和鼻凸度呈现逐渐增大趋势,软组织颏部厚度及下中切牙-颌平面角减小。
Objective To analyze the common,different characteristics and its changing tendency of the soft tissue among the Angle Ⅱ^1、Ⅰ^o、Ⅲ^.deep overjet groups. Methods Analyzing and measuring 31 items of 90 patients who suffer from Angle Ⅱ^1、Ⅰ^o、Ⅲ^.deep overjet malocclussion. Results Abnormal measuring items are as below： NPg- FH,NA-PgA,AB-NPg,MP-FH,LI-OP,UI-APg,T4-Pg, N-ANS/N-Me, N-Me,N-ANS N＇Pg＇-FH,Pn- Sn,A- NPg, H line- N＇Pg＇,Pg- Pg＇,UI-Ls. Conclusion ①The characteristics of the soft tissue of Angle Ⅱ^1、Ⅰ^o、Ⅲ^.deep overjet malocclusion are as below：obvious maxillary protrusion;obvious mandibular retraction;the increase of the labial inclination degree of upper central incisor;the increase of the upper facial height; high angle.②With the increase of degree of Angle Ⅱ^1 deep overjet,the changing tendency of the soft tissue is as below：the degree of maxillary protrusion,mandibular retraction,the forward convexity of upper lipand and the forward convexity of nose are increscent;the labial inclination degree of lower central incisor opposite to the plan of occlusion and the thickness of chin are decrescent.
