癫痫发作与抗癫痫药物对患者认知功能的影响 被引量：9

摘要 长期以来对于从事癫痫专科治疗的医师、癫痫患者和家人均面临着一个难以决断的问题：癫痫频繁发作对患者的脑发育和功能带来不可避免的损害，但长期服用抗癫痫药物也可导致一部分患者承受着各种药物的不良反应，特别是不同程度的认知功能损害。国际抗癫痫联盟（ILAE）在2001年修改的关于癫痫的定义中强调：癫痫是一种脑部疾患，特征是持续存在着产生癫痫反复发作的诱因，并且产生了神经生物、认知、心理和社会后果。
