摘要
目的观察硬膜外复合全麻在消化道肿瘤手术中的应用。方法选择90例ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级消化道肿瘤择期手术患者,随机分为两组,Ⅰ组行硬膜外复合全麻(n=45),Ⅱ组单纯全麻(n=45),然后比较两组效果。结果Ⅰ组在插管、切皮、拨管时的平均动脉压、心率、全麻药用量、清醒质量、满意度等指标均优于Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。结论硬膜外复合全麻可发挥各自优势,麻醉平稳,效果显著,全麻药用量少,并发症少,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the application of combined epidural and general anesthesia in gastrointesunal cancer surgery. Methods 90 cases of ASA Ⅰ- Ⅱ elective gastrointestinal cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups,combined epidural and general anesthesia group（group Ⅰ , n=45）and general anesthesia group（group Ⅱ, n=45）,and then compare the effect of the two groups. Results Group Ⅰ in the immediate intubation,skin incision,the mean arterial pressure when allocated the pipe heart rate,the amount of anesthetics,conscious of quality,satisfaction and other indicators are better than group Ⅱ（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Combined epidural and general anesthesia can play their respective advantages,stable anesthesia,the effect is significant,anesthetics with less complications,it is widely used.
