摘要
面临环境污染和破坏等人类现实的发展困境,科学发展观立足于"发展"这个要义和可持续发展的理念,内含着生态文明建设的合理路径,为生态文明与区域经济协调发展指明了正确方向。用科学发展观观照生态文明与区域经济发展的关系,有利于把科学发展的生态有序性、良性循环性和真、善、美、益、宜的功利价值有机统合起来,形成生态文明与区域经济发展的可持续性和协调性。
In face of the a series of development dilemma like as environmental pollution and environment destroy,the scientific concept of development bases itself upon the main meaning of ＂development＂and the concept of sustainable development,it contains the reasonable path of ecological civilization construction,it points to the right direction for the concert development of ecological civilization and regional economic.We observe the concert development of ecological civilization and regional economic under the view of scientific concept of development,it helps to unify the ordered ecology of scientific development,beneficial cycle and the values of the true,good,pretty,benefit,fitting.It helps to concert the ecological civilization and regional economic sustainable development.
