摘要
笔者对 ICU15 0例重症患者分别使用 0 .0 0 2 %碘伏液及常规温水擦浴 5分钟 ,每天 1次进行对比观察 ,结果表明 ,用 0 .0 0 2 %碘伏液沐浴组对预防皮肤褶烂的发生效果显著 ,对控制院内感染具有重要意义 ,值得推广使用。
cases of severe patients in ICU were used seperately by 0.002% povidone and water for five minutes' bathing everyday. The result showed through contrast's observation that the rate of eczema's incidence decreased obviously by using 0.002 % povidone iodine to prevent infection of skin. It had important function for controlling infection in hospital and it was worth while using widely.
