摘要
权力是施行管理的核心,制约或推动高校发展的关键同样是规定和控制高校的"权力"。探索具有中国高校特色、富有时代特征的权力运行机制应从界定权力范围,推进依法治校;尊重学术权力,强化学术权力;优化行政权力,提高行政水平;完善监督机制,形成多元制衡等方面入手。
Power is the core of control, and what restricts or promotes the development of colleges and universities is the same regulation and control. With the aim of exploration with Chinese characteristic, the characteristic of power operation mechanism, we should from the following four aspects： The first is to define the scope of anthority, advance according to law school; second is to respect the academic power, academic power; third is to optimize the administrative power, to improve administrative level; fourth is to improve the supervision mechanism, forming multiple checks and balances.
