摘要
采用石墨粉和四钼酸铵为原料,对碳还原三氧化钼制备金属钼进行了实验研究,考察了C加入量、制样压力、还原温度和还原时间对还原产物中钼含量的影响。结果表明,在一定的C加入量、制样压力为7 MPa下,采用两段还原法,在氩气作保护气氛下,分别在650℃和1 100℃反应120 min的分段还原条件下反应所得还原产物的钼含量可达99%。
With starting materials of graphite powders and ammonium tetramolybdate powders,preparation of metallic molybdenum by carbon reduction of molybdenum oxide was investigated.The effect of the quantity addition of carbon,pressure,temperature and time on the molybdenum content of the reduction product was inspected.The experimental results demonstrate that with certain quantity addition of carbon,sample preparation pressure 7 MPa,the two-stage reduction method was used with the conditions of 650 ℃,and 1 100 ℃ for 120 min,respectively,the molybdenum content up to 99% of the as-prepared products was obtained under argon atmosphere.
