柱机联合浮选工艺在铜钼矿分选中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 新疆某铜矿选厂二期扩能工程采用旋流-静态微泡浮选柱进行铜钼混合粗选、铜钼混合精选、铜钼分离粗选、钼精选等作业,与浮选机扫选作业结合形成柱机联合浮选工艺系统,在原矿铜品位0.65%,钼品位0.046%的情况下,经稳定运行获得了铜精矿品位21.8%、铜回收率91.37%、钼精矿品位50.6%、钼回收率55.68%的浮选指标。较一期浮选机工艺相比,柱机联合浮选工艺流程明显简化,铜钼分离效果得到了提高。 The research and application of a cyclonic-static micro-bubble flotation column(FCSMC)in copper-molybdenum ore flotation in the second project were described.Flotation columns were applied in mixing roughing of copper and molybdenum,copper cleaning,copper-molybdenum separation roughing,molybdenum cleaning and other operations.The industry flotation system was formed by flotation column and flotation cell.In copper-molybdenum flotation,the copper concentration grade was 21.8%,the recovery was 91.37%;and the molybdenum concentration grade was 50.6%,the recovery was 55.68%.Compared with the results in the first project,the copper-molybdenum separation process was shortened and the effect of copper-molybdenum separation was improved.
