摘要
在黏土砂型铸造生产的砂处理系统中,砂冷却是保证型砂质量的一个组成部分。本文介绍了5种不同砂冷却设备的原理、结构及使用效果,并指出对于铸件结构比较复杂且表面积大,浇注温度较高,芯子用量较大和铁砂比较高的铸件,尤其是汽车缸体类铸件生产,设置两级冷却是最佳选择。
In sand preparing system for moisture sand casting,the cooling process is one of important operational sequences for ensureing the quality of mould sand.The principle,structure and effects of 5 kinds of sand cooling equipment.were discussed in this paper.For such castings,as automobile cylinder body,with complex structure,large surface area,high pouring temperature,and large sand metal ratio,it is necessary to install two stage sand cooling equipments in the sand preparing system.
