2,4-二巯基-1,3,5-三嗪树脂的合成及其对钼的吸附性能研究

摘要 研究了以聚苯乙烯氨基树脂、三聚氯氰为原料,以硫化钠为巯基化剂,制备2,4-二巯基-1,3,5-三嗪树脂,探讨了树脂对钼的吸附性能。结果表明:在室温30℃、pH=1.5条件下,树脂对钼的静态吸附容量可以达到260mg/g,动态吸附容量达到97mg/g。用实际料液研究树脂富集钼的性能,结果表明,该树脂能够较好地吸附钼。 The 2,4-dithiol-1,3,5-triazine resin was synthesized using aminopolystyrene and cyanuric chloride as raw materials, and sodium sulfide as sulfhydryl reagent. The resin; s physicochemical characteristics and adsorption behaviors for molybdenum were studied. The results showed that resin had a static adsorption capacity of 260 mg/g and dynamic adsorption capacity of 97 mg/g at the conditions of 30 ℃and pH 1.5. Experiment results for actual industrial solutions demonstrated that the resin had excellent adsorption properties to molybdenum.
