摘要
设计了一种自适应离心式机械摩擦阻尼传动系统。该系统主要是利用离心力随转速变化的运动特性实现机械传动装置输出运动的自适应速度控制。整套系统由齿轮传动组、离心轮、弹簧发条、钢丝滚筒四部分组成,着重对前三部分进行了设计计算与分析,并最终完成样机试制。通过对样机进行自适应速度测试试验,获得了摩擦阻力矩随滚筒转速变化的特征曲线,为离心式机械摩擦阻尼系统的设计提供理论上的技术参考,同时也为实现机械传动装置输出运动的自适应控制提供了一条新的设计思路。
Adaptive centrifugal of mechanical friction damp transmission system is designed,by using the character about centrifugal changing with velocity,adaptive velocity control function of mechanical transmission system is realized.The whole system includes gear transmission,clockwork spring,steel roller and centrifugal wheel,two front configurations are designed and calculated specially,the prototype is produced.Finally,experiment is carried out to get character curve of damp force changing with velocity,a technical supports for centrifugal friction damp system and a new thought for realizing adaptive control of mechanic transmission equipment are provided.
