摘要
cIDf不同于仅仅为数字作品分配一个唯一标识符的DOI、mEDRA和CDOI,它是基于数字作品内容的唯一标识符系统,对于数字作品版权保护、网络监管、信息资源的长期利用与保存具有更深层次的意义,文章基于此,通过借鉴日本cIDf的实践,从注册用户的视角构建我国自己的基于内容的中文唯一标识符系统:CCId(China Content Identification)。
clDf, different from DOI, mEDRA and CDOI which are the unique identifier for distribution of digital works, is a content-based unique identifier system and a deep meaning for copyright protection. The paper uses the practice of clDf for reference, and constructs a content-based Chinese unique identifier system, China Content Identification from the DersDective of reQistered users.
