摘要 患者女,25岁。以＂双下肢肌力下降伴大小便失禁5天,腰部疼痛＂入院。查体：双侧下肢肌力0级;Hoffmann征未见异常,Babinski征、Chaddock征、Oppenheim征和Gordon征双侧均为阳性。MRI：T6至T12髓外硬膜下见多发大小不等结节状稍短T1等T2信号（图1、2）,压脂像呈等信号,边界清,
