摘要
将致病性温和气单胞菌 (99- 5- A)制成菌苗 ,按 0 .2 5ml/尾的剂量给健康无病的“尼罗”、“奥利亚”、“尼奥”三种罗非鱼作腹腔注射。结果为 :(1)免疫后第 10天 ,三种罗非鱼血清的抗体效价分别为 1∶ 8、1∶ 16和 1∶ 16。(2 )抗体含量的高峰期分别出现在第 2 2天 ,1∶ 6 4维持 6天 ;第 2 2天 ,1∶ 32维持 3天 ;第 16天 ,1∶ 6 4维持 9天。 (3) 3个月后免疫鱼血清抗体效价分别为 1∶ 8、1∶ 4和 1∶ 16。而对照组 3个月内均没有检测到抗体。 (4 ) 3个月后免疫保持率分别为10 0 %、75%和 10 0 %
Three tilapias, Nile tilapia, blue tilapia and Nile tilapia(♀)×blue tilapia(), healthy and about 60 g/ind, were vaccinated with Aeromonas Sobria vaccine by intraperitoneal injection at the dosage of 0.25 ml/fish. All these fishes were cultured and observed under the same conditions. Agglutinating antibody titre were measured periodicaly in the three experimental months. The result showed that: (1) 10 days after vaccinated, the titre of Nile tilapia, blue tilapia and Nile tilapia(♀)×blue tilapia() was 1∶8, 1∶16 and 1∶16 respectively . (2) The titre of Nile tilapia reached the top level on the 22nd day, keeping 1∶64 for 6 days, while in blue tilapia, reached the top level on 22nd day, keeping 1∶32 for 3 days, in Nile tilapia(♀)×blue tilapia(), reached the top level on 16th day, keeping 1∶64 for 9 days. (3) Three months after vaccinated , the titre of Nile tilapia, blue tilapia and Nile tilapia(♀)×blue tilapia() was 1∶8, 1∶4 and 1∶16 respectively, but the agglutinating antibody was not found in contral fish. (4) After three months of vaccination, the immunity protective rate of Nile tilapia, blue tilapia and Nile tilapia(♀)×blue tilapia() was 100%, 100% and 75% respectively.
