同型半胱氨酸与急性心肌梗死的相关性研究 被引量：5

摘要 ①目的探讨同型半胱氨酸与急性心肌梗死的相关性。②方法将观察对象分为3组。急性心肌梗死组64例,稳定型心绞痛组69例,对照组50例。采用酶循环法测定血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)及血脂水平。③结果急性心肌梗死组和稳定型心绞痛组Hcy水平显著高于对照组,急性心肌梗死组高于稳定型心绞痛组。3组间血脂水平存在差异。④结论急性心肌梗死患者Hcy水平明显增高,提示Hcy水平与急性心梗密切相关。
