摘要
目的:探讨规范化培训在消毒供应室的应用效果。方法:分别对清洗组、包装组、消毒组护士进行规范化培训前的工作质量评价与理论知识考核和规范化培训后工作质量评价与理论知识考核,对规范化培训前后的工作质量和护士素质水平进行比较。结果:进行规范化培训后清洗合格率、包装正确率和消毒合格率均明显提高,同时工作效率和护士的整体素质也有显著提高。结论:规范化培训是提高消毒供应室工作质量、工作效率和工作人员素质的有效方法。
Objective To explore the application effect of standardized training in the sterilization supply room.Method Nurses of cleaning group,packaging group and disinfecing group work quality evaluation and theory knowledge inspection before and after standardized training,rospeetively and the work quality and the nurse quality level were compared.Results After standardized training,the cleaning qualified rate,correct packaging rate and disinfection qualified rate obviously improved,the work efficiency and the nurses′ overall quality showed a significant increase.Conclusion Standardized training is the effective method to improve the work quality,work efficiency and quality of staff in sterilization supply room.
