摘要
通过对辽宁省高校图书馆现状和数字图书馆建设的可行性、必要性分析,在搭建共建共享平台、构建文献资源共享体系和组建高素质馆员队伍3个方面阐述了辽宁省高校数字图书馆的建设构想。
The paper analyzed the current situation of Liaoning university libraries and demonstrated the feasibility and necessity for constructing the digital libraries.Furthermore,it elaborated the constructional conception for Liaoning university digital libraries from the below three aspects：building a shared platform,constructing the literature resources system and formation of a highly qualified librarian team.
