浅谈物流管理对客户满意度的影响——以淘宝推荐物流模式为例 被引量:2

摘要 在中国电子商务蓬勃发展的今天,第三方物流的服务水平直接影响到顾客对电子商务服务的满意度。第三方物流为淘宝网络平台发展提供帮助的同时,其自身存在的问题使得淘宝大量客户在物流这一环节受挫,在一定程度上影响了淘宝网的交易量。从淘宝网的推荐物流模式入手,探讨淘宝网如何在物流管理中提升客户满意度。同时对淘宝网络物流模式的未来发展进行展望。
