摘要
目的观察热毒宁注射液治疗儿童急性上呼吸道感染的疗效。方法将180例急性上呼吸道感染患儿随机分成两组,根据临床表现均给予常规治疗,包括止咳、退热等,合并细菌感染者均给予适当的抗生素,治疗组给予热毒宁注射液0.5～0.8 mL/(kg.d)静脉滴注,对照组给予利巴韦林注射液10～15 mg/(kg.d)静脉滴注,疗程均为3 d。结果治疗组总有效率为92.22%,对照组总有效率为75.56%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热毒宁注射液治疗儿童上呼吸道感染,起效快,疗程短,疗效确切,安全可靠。
Objective To observe the effects of Reduning Injection on children with acute upper respiratory tract infection. Methods 180 patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into two groups. According to clinical manifestations, they were given conventional treatment. Patients with bacterial infection treated with antibiotics, the treatment group received Reduning Injec- tion by intravenous infusion, the control group received ribavirin injection （10- 15 mg/（kg＂ d）） by intravenous infusion for 3 days. Results The total effective rate was 92. 22% in the treatment group,and was 75.56% in the control group. There were significant differences between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Reduning Injection for the treatment of children with upper respiratory tract infection is rapid,effective,safe and reliable.
