摘要
目的了解核苷类抗病毒药临床使用情况,为合理、有效、经济用药提供参考。方法通过数据分析、参考对照、结合临床应用来综合分析。结果核苷类抗病毒药应用总体增长较快,近年已替代干扰素类成为抗乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)的主要治疗药物。阿德福韦酯临床应用增长迅速,日均费用值最低而用药频度值最高,显示药物价格因素直接影响临床选药。拉米夫定由于耐药率问题成为近年来DDDs值唯一下降的品种,恩替卡韦和替比夫定增长皆较迅速。结论抗病毒药物的选择主要与患者意愿、经济条件、各种"指南""规范"及文献介绍、医生用药经验及制药企业对医生和患者的影响力等因素相关,而药物的价格因素对患者选药、治疗等至关重要。因此,对患者用药,除要安全合理外,还要考虑其经济性。
Objective To understand the clinical use status of nucleoside antiviral drugs in recent years to offer reference for clinical rational,effective and economic medication use. Methods The comprehensive analysis was performed by the data analysis,reference con- trol and combined with clinical use. Results The application of antiviral nueleosides was rapidly increased and antiviral nucleosides be- came major anti- HBV drugs substituting for interferon in recent years. Clinical application of adefovir dipivoxil was increased rapidly, its DDC value was lowest and DDDs value was highest,which showed the factor of drug prices directly affected the clinical medicine selection. Due to drug resistance,lamivudine was only kind of reduced DDDs value in recent years. The increase of entecavir and tel- bivudine was more rapidly too. Conclusion The choice of antiviral drugs is mainly related with the various ＇guide＇, ＇norms＇ ,literature documents and doctor＇s experience of applying drugs. The price factor of drugs is most important to patient＇s drug selection and treat- ment. Therefore,the economy should be concerned in patient＇s medication except safety and rationality.
