摘要
目的分析、探讨小肾癌的MRI表现及特点。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的小肾癌患者60例(64灶)的MRI资料。结果 81.2%瘤灶边界清晰,T2 WI有明显假包膜存在。MRI平扫79.7%肿瘤信号不均匀,20.3%肿瘤信号较均匀,T1 WI肿瘤以低信号或中低信号为主(约73.4%),T2WI以混杂信号和高信号为主(92.2%)。增强扫描瘤灶以中重度强化为主(82.3%),80.6%强化不均匀。肿瘤TNM分期为:Ⅰ、Ⅱ期病例92.2%(59/64);Ⅲ、Ⅳ期病例7.8%(5/64)。结论小肾癌的MRI表现有一定特点,对小肾癌的检出、定性、分期及指导外科治疗有重要的价值和应用前景。
Objective To analyze the MR characteristics of small renal cell earcinoma（RCC） with histo - pathological findings. Methods The MRI data of 64 pathologically confirmed cases of small renal cell carcinoma （60 patients） were analyzed retrospectively. Results Most of tumors （81.2%） showed clear board and showed pseudo- capsule in T2WI. On un- enhanced images, non- homogenous intensity were found in 51 lesion（79.7 % ）. The iso- hypo - intensity or hypo- intensity were found in 47 lesion （73.4 % ） on T1 - weighted images,and mixed- intensity or hyperintensity were found in 59 lesion（92.2%） on T2 - weighted images. Most of lesions showed heterogeneous （80.6%） and moderate to significant enhancement （82.3%） on Gd - T1/3D. Conclusion MR imaging of small RCC shows some features, it should be helpful for us to diagnose, differentiate and manage small RCC.
