摘要
以小菜蛾、棉铃虫为生物测定昆虫 ,通过测定 5种无机盐 (Na2 CO3,K2 CO3,CaCl2 ,MgSO4 ,和MgCl2 )对苏云金芽胞杆菌油剂的增效作用进行增效因子的筛选。结果表明 ,以小菜蛾为供试昆虫 ,除CaCl2 外 ,其余 4种无机盐对苏云金芽胞杆菌油剂均表现增效作用 ,0 .0 10 %MgCl2 效果最好 ,增效比为 1.5 6。以棉铃虫为供试昆虫 ,5种无机盐对苏云金芽胞杆菌油剂均表现增效作用 ,0 .0 12 5 %MgSO4 效果最好 ,增效比为 1.6 9,0 .0 2 5 %的Na2 CO3 次之 ,增效比为 1.5
Effects of five chemical synergistic factors (inorganic salts) on the toxicity of Bt oil formulation to Plutella xylostella and Heliothis armigera were tested. The results showed that four inorganic salts (CaCl 2 excluded) had synergistic effect on Bt oil for mation agaist P. xylostella and a marked increase in the potency of Bt oil formulation against Plutella xylostella was obtained in the presence of 0.01% MgCl 2 with 1.56 synergistic ratio. All five inorganic salts had synergistic effect on Bt oil formation against Heliothis armigera and 0.0125% MgSO 4 and 0.025% Na 2CO 3 had obvious synergism to Bt oil formulation against H. armigera with 1.69 and 1.59 synergistic ratio,respectively.
