摘要
1998年从湖北省潜江市采集小麦全蚀病株 ,分离获致病菌。根据对病菌形态、生理特性和对不同寄主致病力研究结果 ,认为潜江的小麦全蚀病菌为禾顶囊壳菌小麦变种 (Gaeumannomycesgraminisvar .tritici)。
Wheat stubbles infected by take all fungus were collected from Qianjiang of Hubei Provine in 1998. The pathogenic fungus isolated from diseased tissues.On the bases of its characteristics in culture, morphology, physiology and pathogenicity to different hosts, the Gaeumamnomyces graminis was identified as an variety of Gaeumannomyces graminis var. tritici . It is the first report that the variety of G.graminis tritici exists in Hubei Provine.
