摘要
本文针对轮轴镶入部接触面间具有摩擦的三维大面积接触问题,建立了直接边界积分方程格式,给出了接触面间应满足的接触条件及判断准则,证明了在两类边界条件下接触问题边界积分方程的可解性和解的唯一性。结合本文所运用的方法,作者编制了相应的边界元程序,并首次得到了在过盈和轴端集中力联合作用下,轮轴镶入部的接触状态和应力分布规律。
A boundary integral equation——boundary element format for three dimensional large-area contact problem of axle wheel seat with friction is established in this paper. The contact conditions and cri-teria for judgment are given, and the solvability and existence of a sole solution for the boundary integral equation under two classes of boundary conditions were proved. By using the three dimensional boundary method mentioned in this paper, the distribution of stress and contact state in the contact region of the axle wheel seat under the actual load was obtained.
