摘要
1997～ 1999年 ,对贵州册亨、水城、龙里、关岭 4个县的 330 0头份羔羊进行调查 ,收集羔羊腹泻病例 115例 ,初分离出肠杆菌 80株 ,经生化试验和致病试验初步鉴定出大肠杆菌 55株菌株 ,分离率为 4 8%。经小白鼠致病性试验 ,55株菌株都能引起发病死亡 ;并用其中的 CH9812 、SC993 8、CH985、CH9817、LL993 4、GL9886株菌株做家兔致病性试验、羔羊致病性试验 ,结果 ,6株菌株都能使羔羊、家兔发病死亡。对初分离 55株菌株做血清型鉴定 ,为 55株大肠埃希氏菌 ,分属为 O119、O2 4 、O8、O78、O10 1、O96种血清型 ,其中 O119和 O2 4 为主要“O”类型。每个血清型筛选出的 CH9612 、SC993 8、CH985、CH9817、L L993 4、GL988株菌 6株。用乳鼠胃内投服试验 ,测定出 6株菌具有产生热稳定性肠毒素的特性(ST)。
heads of lamb have been investigated in Ceheng, Shuizheng, Longli, Guanling county from 1997 to 1999 year. We have collected 115 samples and separated 80 strains Enterobacteria from it. 55 strains of Escherichia coli are appraised by biochemical test and causing disease test from 80 strains, the isolating rate is 48%. Mice is injected by 55 strains of 55 strains Escherichia coli to test its pathogenicity. The result shows 6 strains of Escherichia coli CH 9812 , SC 9938 CH 985 ,CH 9817 , LL 9934 , GL 988 can cause the rabbits and lambs to die. The 80 strain colibacillus isolated from diarrhea lambs are appraised by the single factor serum of Escherichia coli “O” type. There are 6 species serum types in 55 strains. They are O 119 , O 24 , O 8, O 78 , O 101 , O 9 in 55 strains of Escherichia coli in which the O 119 , O 24 belong to "O" serum type. The CH 9812 ,SC 9938 ,CH 985 , CH 9817 , LL 9934 and GL 988 strains are bolted from each species serum type, they are put into mice's stomach and can product escherichia coli heat stable exterotoxin (ST).
