摘要
以成本理论和三线典藏理论为理论依据,提出构建弹性借阅期制度,分别对前期弹性模式和后期弹性模式进行了理论分析和案例说明,并指出弹性借阅期制度在我国的实现方式是以后期弹性模式为指导,改良我国现行的借阅制度。
This paper takes the Theory of 3-Line System and the Cost Theory,puts forward a new flexible borrowing-period system to satisfy reader＇s personalized demands and take full advantage of books.This paper introduces the present research on flexible borrowing-period system and its pattern structure： Earlier flexible pattern and later flexible pattern,points out the way of realization of flexible borrowing-period in our country is to transform the present borrowing and reading system with the guidance of later flexible pattern.
