摘要
用^(31)P核磁共振研究表明,细胞色素C能诱导由心磷脂和二棕榈酰磷脂酰胆碱组成的人工脂膜发生六角形Ⅱ相的相变。阿霉素能稳定脂膜双层排列,阻止细胞色素C诱导的多形性相变。
It is shown with 21P nuclear magnetic resonance that cytochrome c can induce hexagonol Ⅱ phase transition on multilayer vesicle membrane which consists of cardiolipin and dipalmitoyl-phosphatidyl-chotin. Adriamycin can inhibit the polymorphic transition induced by cytochrome c, indicating that this aniitumor drug has the ability to stabilize the bilayer of the membrane studied. The mechanisms for polymorphic transition and inhibition effect of adriamycin on mitochondia are discussed in terms of lipid-protein interaction.
