摘要 结核病因其流行范围广、患病人数多,一直是世界公共卫生的难题之一。缺少能够完全复制人类结核病的完美动物模型,是结核多方面问题难以解决的一个重要原因。当前的结核动物模型各有优缺点,非人灵长类动物与人最相似,在多个方面有不可代替的优势。小鼠、豚鼠、家兔广泛应用于各种研究中,已经建立了比较成熟的急性和慢性感染、特殊部位以及合并其他疾病的多种动物模型;大鼠、牛也常应用,但较前三者,应用范围比较局限。果蝇、斑马鱼是新兴的结核动物模型,主要用于结核感染的固有免疫和肉芽肿形成的研究中。 Tuberculosis (TB) continues to be a global public health problem for its wide prevalence and large number of patients, The lack of a perfect animal model mimicing human tuberculosis has greatly hampered the resolution of this problem. Nonhuman primates are the best animal model to mimic human tuberculosis with irreplaceable advantages in many aspects. Mice, guinea pigs and rabbits are widely used in related studies, and mature models have been established for acute and chronic infection, specific site of infection, and infection complicated by other diseases. Rats and cattle are also used but not so widely as the above animals. Drosophila and zebra fish are new animal models of tuberculosis which are mainly used in the studies of innate immunity and granuloma forming.
