摘要
多种静、动态热稳定性试验表明,甘氨酸锌类螯合物(CZC)单独用作 PVC 热稳定剂效果不佳,而与硬脂酸钙,亚磷酸酯,环氧化合物,多元醇等助剂配合使用时,有着很好的协同效应,此时 GZC 和钙盐的用量比例有一最适范围。红外研究表明,CZC 主要是通过和 PVC 发生酯化作用而起稳定效果的。
The resutls of static and dynamic heat stability tests showed that GZChad insufficient heat stabilizing effects when used alone as heat stabilizersfor PVC,while using with calcium stearate,phosphites,epoxides and polylsit exhibited favourable synergistic,effect,and there is an optimum ranse forration.The infrared analysis indicated that its esterfication with PVC,mailycontributed to the stabilizing effects of GZC.
