摘要
本文用同步法合成了蓖麻油聚氯酯/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(CO-PU/PMMA)互穿网络聚合物(IPN),用付里叶红外跟踪了 IPN 的生成过程。对不同组成比 IPN的形态及性能进行了研究。结果表明:该 IPN 属相容性较差体系,成网不同步和聚合物热力学上的不相容是产生相分离的主要原因。加入网间接枝剂及改变 PU 网络的3OH/2OH 比值都可以有效地改善该 IPN 相容性。
The cast oil polyurethane/poly(methyl methacrylate)(Co—PU/PMMA)inter-penetrating polymer networks(IPN)was synthesized simultaneously.The ge-neration process of IPN was traced with the FT—IR.The morphology and theproperty of INPs with various composition ratio were studied.The results showthat the miscibility of this IPN was poorer.The primary reasons of phase separa-tion are non—synchronization of networks formation and its thermodynamicalimmiscibility.But it can be improved by adding grafting agents and changing3OH/2OH ratio of PU network.
