摘要
本文论述了近年来增强热固性和热塑性塑料在原料(包括基体树脂和增强材料)、技术、界面研究,偶联剂新品种等方面的新进展,并叙述了对玻璃纤维品种、性能特点,以及纤维长度和直径等的要求。也简要介绍了某些高性能增强材料,如超高模量碳纤维,聚芳酰胺纤维,聚乙烯超强力纤维和聚缩醛纤维。
In this paper,the recent developments of reinforced thermosets and thermo-plastics concerning in raw materials(including matrix resins and reinforcements),techniques,studies of interfacial.Mechanism,and new coupling agents werereviewed.The grades,specific characteristics,length and diameter requirementsof the glass fibers are described.Some high performance reinforcements suchas ultra-high modulus carbon fiber,polyarylamide fiber,ultra—high strength po-lyethylene fiber,and acetal fiber are also dealed with briefly.
