摘要
本文用扫描电镜观察了经离子刻蚀处理的聚丙烯单轴、双轴取向膜和高速纺丝的形态结构,研究了这些实际材料的三维结晶取向态。实验中未发现所谓“皮芯效应”。还研究了球晶和多层片晶取向之间的相互关系。提出在高聚物的形态学研究中将球晶看作片晶的特殊取向态。
In this paper,the morphological structure of high-speed spinned polypro-pylene fibre uniaxial-and biaxial-oriented polypropylene film etched by ionbombardment were investigated with scanning electron microscope and the threedimensional oriented crystalline state of these real materials were studied.Theso-called“skin-core effect”has not been found in our experiments.Also,therelationship of spherulite and orientation of the multi-layer lamellae were stu-died.We suggest that the spherulite may just as well be taken as one kind ofspecial oriented crystalline state of the multi-layer lamellae in the morpholo-gical study of polymers and the lamellae be regarded as basic structural unitrelated to mechanical properties of polypropylene.
