摘要
目的：建立通天口服液中马兜铃酸A 的含量测定法.方法：色谱柱为DiamonsilTM C18（5μm,4.6×250mm）;流动相为0.02%十二烷基硫酸钠溶液- 乙腈（50：50）,用磷酸调pH 值为2.0;检测波长为390nm.结果：在0.817-8.168ng 进样范围内,马兜铃酸A 的峰面积与进样量线性关系良好（r=0.99973）.结论：该法可用于通天口服液中马兜铃酸A 的含量检测.
Objective：To establish amethod for the determination of aristolechic acid in Tongtian Oral Liquor by HPLC.Methods： DiamonsilTM C18 （5μm,4.6×250mm））, mobile phase composed of acetonitrile- 0.02% sodium dodecyl sulfate （50 ： 50）, Use phosphoric acid to adjust the pH value to 2.0;detection wave-length at 390nm.Resuhs：The calibration curvewas linear at the range of 0.817-8.168ng （r=-0. 999 73）.Conclusion：Themethod can be used for determination of aristolochic acidA in Tongtian Oral Liquor.
