摘要
本文介绍了一种廉价的简易激光能量检测器,它能在一定的精度要求下测量脉宽为微微秒(ps)量级,能量为毫微焦耳(nJ)量级的微弱激光束能量,(1/2)位数字显示测量结果,由被测光脉冲自动触发同步。并阐述了仪器的组成结构和基本工作原理,分析了测量结果、经验公式和主要误差。
This paper presents a cheap and simple instrument for measuring laser pulse energy, which can be used to measure, with required accuracy, weak laser pulse energy whose pulse-width and pulse-energy are respectively several picoseconds (ps) and several nanojouls (nJ). Measured result is displayed by means of 3(1/2)bits charactrons and the measurement is synchronised by the measured laser pulse. The structure and the basic principle are also discussed in the paper; the measured result, the practical formula and the cardinal error are analysed.
