摘要
刘少奇在党制定对民族资本主义既利用又限制 ,并最终通过国家资本主义将它引上社会主义发展道路的正确政策过程中作出了重要贡献 :一是对民族资本主义政策从酝酿到确定 ,刘少奇作了深入细致的研究 ,奠定政策确立的基础 ;二是他的天津之行推进了党的民族资本主义政策的正确执行 ,并在实践中丰富和完善这一政策 ;三是对民族资本主义工商业和平赎买的改造道路较早进行具体设想 ,并代表党中央作了系统论述和阐发。他在探讨民族资本主义政策的过程中 ,始终坚持从中国国情出发 ,以经济建设为中心 ,重点纠正“左”的错误等基本观点 ,成为邓小平理论的先导 ,与邓小平理论表现出内在的一致性 ,并对今天的现代化建设仍有着重要的启迪作用。
In the course of the correct policls that is established by the Communist Party,and which both exploited and limited the National Capitalism,and finally led it to the socialist developing road through the Nation Capitalism,diu Shaoqi had done a lot of contribution:the first,diu Shaoqi had done deep and careful research on the National capitalism Policy from its reliberation to its determination;The second,his journey on Tian Jin City had promoted the correct execation of the Party's National Capitalism.And he enriched and improved this policy in practice.The third,he had earlier & specific imagination on the transforming road of redeeming peacefully which is about the National Capitalism Industry & Commerce.What's more,as a representative of the party central Committee,he expounded and elucidated in a systematic way.In the course of the discussion on the National Capitalism policy,he consistently adhered to the basic opinions which started from Chinese national conditions,based its center on the economic construction,and put the emphasis on correcting the ‘left’ mistake etc.His opinions became the precursor of Deng Xiao ping's Theory,showed the internal consistency,and still played an open & enlighten role in today's modernization construction.
