企业集团:优化企业结构的最佳载体 被引量：3

摘要 我国企业长期存在的低效率、重复建设的问题 ,已经到非改不可的地步了。目前 ,优化企业组织结构和产业结构 ,提高资金和资源的运行质量 ,参与国际分工和国际市场竞争是政府和企业共同追求的目标。组建“航空母舰”式的企业集团 ,可以改变过去的小规模经营 ,提高企业的科技含量 ,完善市场体系 ,建立现代企业制度 ,实现规模经济效益。随着我国加入世贸组织的到来 ,企业集团是参与国际竞争的主力军。所以 ,组建企业集团是政府和企业共同关心的主题 ,在当前具有十分重要的意义。
