摘要
顶岗实习是职业教育十分重要的教学环节,兼具教育性与职业性特征。学生在顶岗实习过程中面临着劳动安全风险和劳动卫生风险。为切实保障顶岗实习学生的劳动安全与卫生,我国应从制度层面构建政府、学校、实习单位、学生多方联动的学生顶岗实习劳动风险防范机制。
Internship that joins education with vocation is a very important process in the vocational education.Students face the risks of security and health in their internship.It is necessary to set up a multi-lateral prevention mechanism jointly by government,college,business and the students.
