摘要
总结了国内外建筑垃圾资源化利用经验,介绍了建筑垃圾资源化利用模式及其相应的污染防治措施,并提出了项目用地、投资主体、配套政策和配套收运管理体系等相关问题的解决对策。
The experiences of construction waste reclamation at home and abroad were summarized. The modes of construction waste reclamation and corresponding measures of pollution prevention were introduced. And some countermeasures for solving relevant problems were put forward, such as land of project, subject of investment, supporting policies, and supporting management system of collection and transportation.
