摘要
生物化学实验是当代生命科学中一门重要的专业必修课,民族师范类院校应针对中学新课改形势下的生物化学实验教学体系进行改革实践。要以培养学生的动手能力为出发点,提高学生在实验教学中的主体作用。将生物化学实验教学体系分为基础验证型和综合设计型两个层次,在整个的教学过程中贯彻"学生为主,教师为辅"的方针,更好的拓展学生运用所学知识分析并解决实际问题的能力,激发学生的自学和创新意识,胜任教学和科研工作。
the Biochemical Biochemical Experiment was a considerable required course, the national normal academy should carry out Experimental teaching system reform and practice for secondary schools under the situation of new curricu- lum reform. Starting point should be set to raise students＇ abilities and elevate their main role in experiment teaching. In addition, the teaching system should be divided into two orders which were basic and comprehensive type, the policy of student- centered and teacher- supplemented should be put into effect in whole teaching process. Only by this, students＇ ability to use the knowledge to analyze and solve practical problems could be expanded, their consciousness of self- study and innovation could be stimulated, and teaching and research work could be competent for them.
