摘要
往复压缩机绝大多数的故障发生在气阀上,分析其气阀故障机理以及工程上气阀故障诊断常依据的信号;基于温度、振动信号分析某石化企业往复压缩机气阀阀片断裂故障。
Most of failures in reciprocating compressor occurred in vavle.This paper has analyzed the valve failure machanism and the signal basis for valve failure diagnosis in enginerring.Based on temperature and vibration signals,the valve plate fracture failure in reciprocating compressor of some petrochemical enterprises is analyzed.
