摘要
螺旋槽管是一种优良的双面强化换热管,目前国内外的研究主要集中于单头螺旋槽管的研究。采用数值模拟的方法分别研究了六头螺旋槽管直管和盘旋螺旋槽管内的换热性能。基于简化了的截面形状采用UG和Gambit对上述两类管分别进行了物理造型,并以Fluent6.3为计算工具采用realizablek-ε湍流模型对两者分别进行了数值计算并对模拟结果进行了分析和比较。
Spirally fluted tube is a heat exchange tube with two high efficient augmented surfaces. At present, the research on spirally fluted tubes is mainly focused on single-spiral fluted tube. This paper adopts CFD to study the heat transfer in the straight spirally fluted tubes and coiled spirally fluted tubes with 6 spirals. The Physical models are produced separately by UG and Gambit on the basis of the above simplified profile. Fluent 6.3 is employed as calculation tool and the realizable κ-ε turbulent model is employed to describe the disorder flow in the straight spirally fluted tubes and coiled spirally fluted tubes. And the calculation results have been analyzed and compared and contrasted each other.
