摘要
试验采用３ 个重复对比设计， 将玉米， 小麦和稻草秸秆生物处理样与原样放置在永久瘘管牛体内， 分别在６ 、１２ 、２４ 、３６、４８ 和７２ ｈ 时间点取出样本进行降解率试验测定分析。结果表明： 秸秆处理样在各个时间点的瞬间降解率和有效降解率均极显著优于原样（ Ｐ＜ ０－０１） ， 而玉米秸秆处理样也极显著优于小麦和稻草处理样（ Ｐ＜ ０－０１） 。
Results showed that the degradation on organisms dispose of stalk was significant higher than original stalk in the rumen of steers( p <0 01);and the degradation on organisms dispose corn stalk was significant higher than wheat and rice straw( p <0 01).
