摘要
本实验将去甲斑蝥酸甲基化后变成去甲斑蝥酸甲酯,经气相色谱法测定。此方法杂质干扰少,最小检测量可达10^(-9)克。
Norcantharidin is a new anticancer medicine. Its tablet have been applied to clinic, but the liberation of it have not been determinated. We found only one paper about determinating it. Somebody tried to determinate it using Fluorometry or Ultraviolet Spectrophotometry, but all of them failed.We determinated it by gas chromatography. There is less interference of impurity by this method. The detection limit was 10-9g.
