摘要
研究了用原子吸收法间接测定水中溶解氧的方法。在水样中加入MnSO4 和NaOH 溶液固定溶解氧后,加酸调溶液酸度为pH 5 ,使Mn(OH)2沉淀溶解,而MnO(OH)2沉淀仍留在溶液中,离心分离MnO(OH)2沉淀后,在pH1 时加KI溶液使沉淀溶解,用AAS法测定溶液中的Mn,通过从实验中得到的[O2](m g/L)= 1.46[Mn]关系可间接求得溶解氧(Dissolved Oxygen 缩写DO)的含量。DO 的测定范围为0.4~12 m g/L。用本法对各种DO 样品的测定结果与碘量法的结果完全吻合。
In this paper a new indirect AAS method for determining dissolved oxygen in aqueous samples was studied.After MnSO 4 and NaOH reagent were added to aqueous samples to react with dissolved oxygen ,the pH of the solution was adjusted to 5 to make Mn(OH) 2 dissolve and MnO(OH) 2 remained as precipitate,MnO(OH) 2 was separated by centrifuge and dissolved in KI solution of pH 1,Mn was determined by AAS and DO was calculated from the [O 2](mg/L)=1.46[Mn] relation ship obtained in experiments.The proposed method is simple,fast and accurrate ,the determination range is 0.4~12 mg/L.The results obtained by the AAS method were agreed well with those obtained by iodometry.
